Lennox Flats sent several move-in preparation emails prior to your move-in. Be sure and check your suggested move in time before you arrive. These move-in times were carefully selected to help keep the move-in process smooth and steady!
Move-in Essentials
As you prepare for the big day, we recommend packing a separate tote bag with your must-have essentials—things you’ll want easy access to during the move. We know moving can feel overwhelming, so we’ve created a handy checklist of what to bring on day one to help make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Tips for Roommates
We do not roommate match however, you are welcome to sign a lease with a roommate! Building a great living experience starts with open communication and teamwork with your roommates. When You Arrive
During your move-in, you will receive your entry code, parking information and an All-About-Lennox move-in packet!
Inventory & Condition
You will receive your 4-digit entry code the day prior to move in, the Lennox team will send you an electronic form in your resident portal. This checklist is called the Inventory & Condition form which is a required form that has a completion deadline of 8 days post move in. On this form, you will go room by room to review, report and snap pictures of any pre-existing blemish you find to ensure the property knows what was already there before you! This protects you from paying any damage fees during your move out because the blemish was not caused by you.
