Great overall experience! We had a few issues upon moving in, but the maintenance team responded quickly and fixed everything efficiently. Everyone in the office is very nice and helpful. The gym is a great amenity. Noise can occasionally be a bit loud, but it doesn’t happen very often.

We have lived here for many years and have had a pleasant experience. Only major complaint is the amount of dog poop left by other residents. It’s honestly quite shocking that people will let their dogs poop all over right next to the bag dispenser and not pick it up. We always pick up after ours and hope others will finally start to do the same.

new leasing office manager is great. He handles issues in the moment and doesn’t force you to wait weeks for a response. Mailey is great to she is the best.

Very good experience overall. The staff and maintenance team are great and usually respond within one business day. Even when there was heavy snowfall in the area, the driveway and walkways were cleared very quickly. The location is convenient and close to a shopping mall, which is helpful if you need something last minute. Trains run nearby about 5–6 days a day, but there is not much activity at night, so the noise is manageable.

I like the complex. The gym and pool are pretty nice and always clean. The maintenance and leasing people are nice and easy to get along with. My roommate and i definitely enjoy living here.

I have enjoyed my time leaving here the past 6 months. Every issue that has come up has been dealt with kindly and swiftly by the staff. I am renewing my lease for another year!

The community is very nice and clean! Everyone is quiet, and the train is not too bad. The apartment itself is really nice with a good amount of space. The only small issue we have run into is that the AC unit is very loud and sometimes can wake us up at night. Otherwise, this place is great!

Great move-in experience, with only 2 weeks between signing the lease and actually moving in. Had some issues with the lights and the washer, the team came and resolved these timely.

Overall have had a very positive experience living here. The WiFi can be a bit annoying at times when it randomly slows down or doesn’t work but overall has been fine.

I have really enjoyed being a resident at Lennox! The management makes you feel at home and it is a really nice place to live as a college student. Definitely recommend. The pool and gym are nice added bonuses!

My only real problem is the WiFi, which is the worst internet I've ever experienced and there is barely any help that I've gotten. Other than that this would be the perfect apartment

Everything works well. The only concern is about the noise. On the one hand, I understand that the railway is close. On the other hand, my neighbor seems like to speak loudly at midnights...

Have always enjoyed living here and have resigned multiple times. Only complaint is the occasional times where apartment inspections are occurring and the time frame to expect them is large. It is challenging to navigate this with working from home and having to have a confidential environment. It is also helpful to have it be a little more specific so we can secure our dog as well. The other potential areas for improvement are having a few actual trash cans around the apartment complex so that regular trash isn’t taking up space in the dog bag stations and we miss the dog bag station that was right next to the gym!

Overall I like the apartment. The amenities are nice and the windows are very large. There is plenty of natural light. The gym is very useful and is rarely too busy. It can be cold in the winter but overall a good place.

living here has been great, but there is always some room for improvement, and sometimes you outgrow a place and that is okay. I would enjoy lennox flats more if I was an undergraduate student who was not the one paying for rent each month.

Living here is really comfortable. The only drawback is the railway nearby is sometimes noisy, but I don't think that impact me too much. Generally speaking, I like living here.

Quiet neighborhood, maintenance is incredibly fast, the clubhouse is nice. Trash service is great and easy, only had 1 inconvenience with them dragging our trash bag on the ground causing it to rip and left all the trash in front of our neighbors’ door but what could they do about it so we cleaned it up ourselves.

We resigned again and have truly enjoyed our experience! Heather and Harvey are always super attentive and very kind. I also appreciate the reminder sent out about the dog waste because we have always picked up after our dog and find it annoying when we are having to go around other pets waste that wasn’t picked up!

It is a great place to be. Close to the campus and very quiet. The staff at the management office is very friendly and helpful. I have just move in but already love my stay here.
