I've been enjoying living here thus far! My apartment is very nice and the amenities are amazing! The only complaints I have are that the bugs get in and the nearby train can be annoying sometimes, but there's not much that can be done about that.

I’ve lived here for two years and am now starting my third, and overall I’ve had a very positive experience. I really enjoy living here and feel that the property is well managed. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and everything is generally kept in good condition. The only issue I’ve consistently had is with the valet trash service. Since I live on the third floor, my trash is often not picked up. This has been an ongoing frustration and is definitely something that could be improved. Other than that, I’m very happy living here and have had a great experience overall.

It's already my third year to live here. I'm satisfied with almost everything of the community. If the rent can be cheaper, then there will be nothing to concern.

We've really enjoyed living here! Noise levels are generally very manageable. There is a train that passes by occasionally, but it hasn't been much of an issue for us. The location is excellent. It's super close to the OSU Medical Center and within walking distance of Target, World Market, restaurants, shopping, and the movie theater. The amenities are great, and we were especially happy to see the swimming pool reopen. The outdoor grilling area is also a really nice feature. The gym is convenient and well equipped, though it would be even better if the equipment were maintained more consistently. Maintenance and the staff have always been incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive whenever we've needed assistance. Overall, we've had a wonderful experience living here and would definitely recommend it to others.

The community is nice but the fly problem and valet trash is out of control trash could be sitting for days during the week and the flies are terrible. The pool could be better and cleaner.

The amenities are great, and we were especially happy to see the swimming pool open. The location is also very convenient, close to Target, World Market, shopping areas, and the movie theater, making daily life easy and enjoyable. Maintenance and staff have been incredibly helpful and responsive whenever we needed assistance. Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience living here!

Great overall experience! We had a few issues upon moving in, but the maintenance team responded quickly and fixed everything efficiently. Everyone in the office is very nice and helpful. The gym is a great amenity. Noise can occasionally be a bit loud, but it doesn’t happen very often.

We have lived here for many years and have had a pleasant experience. Only major complaint is the amount of dog poop left by other residents. It’s honestly quite shocking that people will let their dogs poop all over right next to the bag dispenser and not pick it up. We always pick up after ours and hope others will finally start to do the same.

new leasing office manager is great. He handles issues in the moment and doesn’t force you to wait weeks for a response. Mailey is great to she is the best.

Very good experience overall. The staff and maintenance team are great and usually respond within one business day. Even when there was heavy snowfall in the area, the driveway and walkways were cleared very quickly. The location is convenient and close to a shopping mall, which is helpful if you need something last minute. Trains run nearby about 5–6 days a day, but there is not much activity at night, so the noise is manageable.

I like the complex. The gym and pool are pretty nice and always clean. The maintenance and leasing people are nice and easy to get along with. My roommate and i definitely enjoy living here.

I have enjoyed my time leaving here the past 6 months. Every issue that has come up has been dealt with kindly and swiftly by the staff. I am renewing my lease for another year!

The community is very nice and clean! Everyone is quiet, and the train is not too bad. The apartment itself is really nice with a good amount of space. The only small issue we have run into is that the AC unit is very loud and sometimes can wake us up at night. Otherwise, this place is great!

Great move-in experience, with only 2 weeks between signing the lease and actually moving in. Had some issues with the lights and the washer, the team came and resolved these timely.

Overall have had a very positive experience living here. The WiFi can be a bit annoying at times when it randomly slows down or doesn’t work but overall has been fine.

I have really enjoyed being a resident at Lennox! The management makes you feel at home and it is a really nice place to live as a college student. Definitely recommend. The pool and gym are nice added bonuses!

My only real problem is the WiFi, which is the worst internet I've ever experienced and there is barely any help that I've gotten. Other than that this would be the perfect apartment

Everything works well. The only concern is about the noise. On the one hand, I understand that the railway is close. On the other hand, my neighbor seems like to speak loudly at midnights...

Have always enjoyed living here and have resigned multiple times. Only complaint is the occasional times where apartment inspections are occurring and the time frame to expect them is large. It is challenging to navigate this with working from home and having to have a confidential environment. It is also helpful to have it be a little more specific so we can secure our dog as well. The other potential areas for improvement are having a few actual trash cans around the apartment complex so that regular trash isn’t taking up space in the dog bag stations and we miss the dog bag station that was right next to the gym!

Overall I like the apartment. The amenities are nice and the windows are very large. There is plenty of natural light. The gym is very useful and is rarely too busy. It can be cold in the winter but overall a good place.

living here has been great, but there is always some room for improvement, and sometimes you outgrow a place and that is okay. I would enjoy lennox flats more if I was an undergraduate student who was not the one paying for rent each month.

Living here is really comfortable. The only drawback is the railway nearby is sometimes noisy, but I don't think that impact me too much. Generally speaking, I like living here.

Quiet neighborhood, maintenance is incredibly fast, the clubhouse is nice. Trash service is great and easy, only had 1 inconvenience with them dragging our trash bag on the ground causing it to rip and left all the trash in front of our neighbors’ door but what could they do about it so we cleaned it up ourselves.

We resigned again and have truly enjoyed our experience! Heather and Harvey are always super attentive and very kind. I also appreciate the reminder sent out about the dog waste because we have always picked up after our dog and find it annoying when we are having to go around other pets waste that wasn’t picked up!

It is a great place to be. Close to the campus and very quiet. The staff at the management office is very friendly and helpful. I have just move in but already love my stay here.
